How to create a blog on youtube

The Russian segment of YouTube is growing faster than the number of fans of the service in other countries. Over the past year, the number of views has increased by 67%, and according to the results of 2013, Russia can enter the top 5 territories for the service. However, this is mainly due to television programs - the animated series Luntik and Smeshariki, the KVN show and Russia Today stories. Video bloggers, for whom YouTube is the main field of creativity, still have difficulty competing with the heroes of the TV screen and are far from the level of popularity of their, for example, American colleagues.
