The Post Options section, located below the text editor window, allows you to manage reader comments, HTML settings, and the date and time the post was written.

If you want to change the design of the blog, starting from the starting template you chose when creating the blog, you can do so in the "Design" section.
By clicking on the link "Design Tab", you can edit the page, HTML and change the template using the "Temple Designer".
If you want to change other settings (who can see your posts, who is allowed to comment, etc.), then click on the “Settings” button.
You can change the settings for publishing, comments, archiving, permissions, etc. by going to different subsections of the “Settings” section
