Or you can just copy the source code of my blog and use it. But it’s better not just to use it, but to write something of your own using them as a basis. Although, at first it will not be superfluous to read the article on Habré, which describes in detail the very beginnings.

The functionality of the blog (more precisely, its absence) you can observe yourself. Some features are hidden or not visible, so here is a short list of them:

Dedicated posts (similar to WordPress "pages")
Categories (no more than one per entry)
Editable or automatically generated meta description
Tree comments (2 types of sorting: "nested" and "flat")
